Susie, Thanks for a great blog post! I home schooled Jenny Rose for several years and many of our lessons revolved around cooking. Planning the meal, creating a shopping list, unit pricing, measuring ingredients and of course the finished product were all part of a fun and yummy learning experience. Needless to say, it has planted seeds for some very creative meal ideas!

Thanks Susie! My daughter loves to cook too. whats great is they are even getting a math lesson by measuring and being able to follow the recepie helps with reading and sequence, step 1,2,3… Lots of fun and I agree, great memories!
